They need to have a government issued ID(which requires having a residential address)

This is when the ONLINE COMMUNITY WORK CENTER idea came to mind

Teaching what to do to get hired with a program with criteria for graduating from the program

Employment in good standing

Money manage with 3 months savings for groceries, utilities, rent

Attend all monthly classes in person or by recording

Never miss a day (without valid reason)

Listen and see what impact was made on their lives
