Book A Call
It takes as long as it takes to gather together 3 to 5 dedicated people to work together, securing a location that has space for a classroom separate from the computer work stations, have a mini-kitchen area, and at least two offices (one of them for intakes), furnishings and removations, funding to pay for utilities, water, internet, and have a program in place for participants to learn, earn, and graduate.
The cost depends on the rent for the space, the utilities, internet, water, food and drink (if not donated), computer and office supplies, insurance, transportation (if transporting program participants from somewhere to the Center).
Within 5 days of opening the Community Online Work Center, one of our program participants was hired fulltime earning a nice salary. In fact, this person's family called him to come back to them and completed the remainder requirements to graduate from his family's home. [Side note: there were a lot of families that reunited and came back together]
