Our main mission is to be a conduit and catalyst for the homeless/jobless to have what they need to rebuild their lives.

Our mission is to provide the homeless, near homeless and unemployed with what they need so that they may earn income to pay expenses for their household budget and have financial sustainability. 

In addition to working, program participants develop skills that help them be highly successful employees with keeping and advancing in their job positions. We provide mentoring and monthly classes in communication (business and interpersonal), reliability/dependability, conflict negotiation, money/budget management, networking and stress management.
