Onward and Upward, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization providing job training and online employment at the Community Online Work Center. Legally called Forward and Upward, Inc. DBA: Onward and Upward, Onward and Upward was started in 2017. 

In keeping with the tremendous success of "Prosperity Princess," (a sole-proprietorship assisting individuals to get, keep and advance in work at home jobs that has evolved into a team of online job specialists now called: Prosperity Pathways), Onward and Upward was formed to provide a viable online employment alternative to homelessness and joblessness. This program widens the pool of employment for those who need it most.

Onward and Upward has partnered with Prosperity Pathways and is funded in part from the proceeds of Prosperity Pathways.
